WHO WE ARE
We are the Solar Vehicle Team at the University of Washington, designing and building a solar-powered car to compete in the 2026 American Solar Challenge.
This competition, 1500-2000 miles across the country, will put our engineering skills and solar technology to the ultimate test as we push the boundaries of sustainable transportation.

LAST COMPETITION
Last year, our team designed and built a solar-powered car and competed in the Formula Sun Grand Prix.
We finished 6th overall and were honored with the Rookie of the Year award, recognizing our strong debut and innovative design.
Competing was an incredible experience that showcased our dedication, teamwork, and passion for advancing sustainable engineering at UW.
